Well, I have been less than stellar at keeping up with posting, but I have a few ideas to share.  First, goodies for my colleagues and secretaries at school.  White Trash of course, another name coined…Christmas Crack.  See a previous post for the recipe. Yum!

Next, Alex and I made some treats for our school book club. Dipped Oreos, many on-line ideas, just google Oreo Pops.  Buy double stuff, we had a hard time fitting in the pretzel antlers on the reindeer. The snowman hats are made from a Rolo and a mint patty.

Finally, I made brownies for thee swim team I am coaching. Very easy, used a mix, then cut into triangles and added antlers and a nose. Used white icing and black gel for the eyes.
